Yes, the deposit is protected for one week after the contracts have been signed. The deposited amount will be fully returned if the customer cancels within the week.

When work begins on any property, the fitting team use large tarpaulin sheets to cover all the surrounding area. At the end of each day, the fitting team clean the area thoroughly before leaving (including the neighbour's property if necessary).
A full 12 months and is provided in writing.
